Kherwar’s wife, Indarso, expressed her hope for government assistance in educating their children and compensating for their loss, as Kherwar was the sole breadwinner of the family. She also requested government assistance in bringing back Kherwar’s body.

Kherwar’s wife explained that he had gone to Gujarat to make extra money, as he was a farmer who grew rice and corn. She received a call from the police on Monday morning, informing her of the attack and murder near a railway station.
